A Life of Immersion
A life of immersion means to live your life the way you want to live and to do the things that you want to do. Creating a change and opportunity for growth in someone else's life is something that helps me fulfill my life of immersion. I am glad to have been able to demonstrate this through my work and explain that impact.

Navigating the process of college admissions can be intimidating. In this report I chose to explore different resources and used for recruitment and how they choose to retain their learners. By focusing on first-generation students, it shows how different programs have been developed to best serve learners.

Leadership Philosophy & Action Plan
I bring to light my personal philosophy on leadership and the ways I plan to move forward in higher education. This review was influential in my development as a young professional due to the reflection of the impact I wish to have and what I had done to create this over time. I look forward to continue to grow in my philosophies and bring my action to light.
