The creation of this presentation is a representation of the impact I aim to create for first generation student. I choose to showcase this project because I feel it was an idea that brought me out of my comfort zone. It allowed me to collaborate with a team and create a product that I truly hope can be created for college policy literacy.
Improving Workplace Training
This presentation is a summation of a literary review that I conducted in an effort to review what makes for effective workplace training. Conducting this research helped me to understand a passion for employee training and reflect on what I could bring in a leadership role. I've been able to use this information to deliver news effectively to my current team and in a way that feels relevant.

It was important to me to include this in my portfolio because it shows the importance of my work and a reminder of what I'm working to help people achieve. A bachelor's degree holds the potential to change lives, and it can be difficult to constantly remind yourself of the big picture.
